We see ourselves as an ‘indy’ agency. We simply love what we do (just like we love beer) and most days you’ll find us hanging at Silodam in Amsterdam, spicing up creative concepts till they’re absolutely irresistible. Meet the team!

Founder and Chief
Bart Termorshuizen
Bart worked with a variety of organisations on communication, digital strategy, advertising and product management. He’s been founder, partner or Managing Director for various agencies like Clockwork, JWT, QNH Interactive and Park.
Bart focuses his energy on the strategic and creative challenges of our customers.
Bart loves to create engaging content for tech, finance, sustainability, software, AI/ML and more. Long form, explainer video’s, interactive experiences, whatever works!
Strategy Director
Mathijs Boonstra
Mathijs is an experienced brand and campaign strategist. He loves solving complex puzzles, making him a natural match with many clients. From running positioning workshops to creating core copy, it’s all in a day’s work!
Mathijs owns the AI transformation company Next Bonsai.

Tessa Middelbosch
Tessa is the one that makes sure our operation runs more awesome! She has a deep knowledge of everything online and social and loves to take a deep dive in our customer’s analytics.

Sabine Ball
Sabine is a dedicated freelance graphic designer with various
experiences working for top brands including KPN, Philips & ABN Amro to name a few.
Her divers skills vary from illustration to advertising, typography, print- and webdesign, whole corporate identities and more.

Mitchell Duffree
Producing runs through Mitchell’s blood. He’s a top-notch people person and can manage any production, no matter the size, scale, or even altitude. Don’t let his baby face fool you, he’s been in this business for 10 years and could do it with his eyes closed.

Tetiana Sobko
Tetiana has a background in journalism, which makes her excellent at telling stories that boost our clients success. She focuses on creating interesting content for digital platforms like social media, and websites.

Pamela Mareco Martins
Pamela is an experienced graphic designer with a love for structure and information hierarchy – wrapping everything in visual beauty. Which explains why she’s increasingly specialising in UXD.

Klaas Bonnema
Klaas Bonnema is a creative do-it-all as long as its moving image (a.k.a. film). Besides his commercial work for More Awesome, he is writing and directing a feature film, a passion project that takes most of his free time.
Really Smart Intern
Aiden
Researching content strategies, making sense of GUA4, redacting copy and creating selfies, it’s all in a days work for Aiden. He is only a team member since July 2023 and proven valuable for many customers and other team members. We’re not sure if we like his special kind of humour.
